Breakfast Burrito Extravaganza!

This weekend Ryan and I put together two batches of these awesome make - ahead freezer breakfast burritos!!!!!! Let me just tell you how easy, yummy and convenient they are to have around for some fast, early morning breakfast food! You'll want to make some I'm sure, so we'll post our recipe and pictures. What an awesome idea!

Ingredients
24 eggs, beaten
2 t seasoned salt ( I go without most the time )
1 1/2 lb bulk sausage cooked or meat of choice (if cooking sausage, cook with 1/4 cup water)
1 1/3 cup chunky salsa
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
18-20 flour tortillas

Directions
-Scramble eggs in large skillet until done and season with salt and pepper.
-Combine meat, cheese and salsa in large bowl with eggs.
-Warm tortillas in microwave, 20-30 seconds until warm and flexible
-Place 2/3 cup egg mixture into tortillas, roll burrito-style
-Wrap burritos with enough clear wrap to cover completely
-Place in Ziploc freezer bags and keep frozen.
